Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in Naivasha. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and supervising maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills and experience
• Experience in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and maintenance management
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
