Airstrip.

tastefully furnished in a contemporary style and offers superior in-stay essentials for short and long-stay guests.
Responsibilities:
Lead the hotel and supervise the day-to-day running of the hotel
Provide the required leadership to optimize hotel profitability to meet or exceed set targets and budgets
Lead the hotel's positioning to maximize business opportunities
Create business plan and operating budgets
Monitor and improve product and service standards
Identify market needs
Monitor and analyze activities of competitors in order to optimize the revenue generation index
Monitor costs in conjunction with Financial Controller and all managers
Inspect all areas of the operation for optimum upkeep, cleanliness, safety and security Support company standards and policies regarding sustainability
Communicate goals and objectives, inspire the team, and ensure employees achieve those goals
Ensure each manager adheres to company policies, maintains productivity and morale Instill a learning culture through required training
Nurture and mentor employee development
Inspire employees to be fully engaged in delighting guests
Oversee and pre-set the manning guide
Qualifications:
Experienced as either Food and Beverage or Rooms Division Manager in Kenya
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
Knowledgeable and proven achievement in key hotel operations
Positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
