We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Laundry and 
Dry Cleaner Sales Team Leader. This is a leadership role that requires a strong sales 
background, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team 
to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer 
satisfaction and retention
- Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped with the 
necessary skills and knowledge
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for 
growth
Requirements:
➢ Proven experience in sales, preferably in the laundry or dry-cleaning industry
➢ Strong leadership and communication skills
➢ Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales goals
➢ Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
➢ Strong organizational and time management skills
➢ Knowledge of laundry and dry-cleaning processes is a must
➢ Must have experience in a laundry as a team lead
