Mise-en-place for breakfast, lunch and dinner service - Breakfast service (cooking and serving) - Service in the restaurants (all meals)
- Afternoon service at the pool sides and gardens - Prepare small snack plates for the afternoon service
- High quality culinary dishes are being served on an efficient schedule to increase guest’s experience
- Bar service in the afternoon and during aperitif hours
- Room service (if required by guests)
- Mise-en-place for wine tastings in the vineyard
- Service for weddings / special events - Serve clients with the highest standard of service
- Know the gastronomic offer and basic knowledge of the wines we produce
- Participate in cleaning the restaurants and common areas
- Manage storage areas and control the stock
- Resolving any problems efficiently to serve exceptional
- Monitor cleanliness and sanitation policies
- Assist coordinating and translating the cooking class with our guests, if required
